Cancellations and refunds

These rules apply to fee-based bookings referenced from the public schedule. They are described in neutral language and may be confirmed in writing for a specific invoice.

Cancellation by participant

If you cancel at least fourteen calendar days before the published start time, any prepaid seat fee may be refunded or moved to another open date where capacity allows. Shorter notice may reduce the refundable amount in line with venue costs.

Changes by organiser

If a date is postponed, registered participants will be offered a new slot or a refund of amounts already paid for that date.

Physical materials

Printed items prepared for a named session are generally produced after the cancellation window. Refunds for such items follow the same timing rules as seat fees unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
