System launch

Public information page for scheduled in-person meetings in Denmark that focus on documenting routines, calendars, and recurring tasks in a plain, factual way.

Framework logic

Sessions follow a fixed outline: terminology, examples on paper or digital boards, and a short review of how notes are stored. The goal is clarity of record rather than personal advice.

Materials are distributed in advance when available; printed copies may be offered on site depending on availability.

Facilitator indicating a schedule on a wall display

Outline diagrams are used to show how steps connect; they do not replace your own internal guidelines.

Session modules

Three standard formats are listed below. Fees are indicative and may be confirmed in writing before a booking.

Small group seated around a table with notebooks

Half-day seminar

A three-hour block covering definitions, a shared sample calendar, and a question-and-answer segment limited to administrative topics.

1 250 DKK per participant

Full-day workshop

A six-hour session with breaks, including group exercises and a walkthrough of how to archive routine notes.

2 450 DKK per participant

Team documentation kit

Printed templates and a one-hour remote follow-up call to align filenames and folder conventions with your existing tools.

3 900 DKK per team (up to 12 people)

Hands writing on a printed daily schedule sheet

Visuals illustrate how intervals are represented; they are illustrative only.

Daily dynamics

Discussion stays on scheduling mechanics: how to mark recurring entries, how to label hand-offs, and how to keep a shared log readable by new colleagues.

Individual health or lifestyle topics are outside the scope of these sessions.

Success analytics

Figures are aggregated from past public schedules and may be updated. They describe volume, not outcomes.
